Painting of an Ikebana arrangement on a stand, blue flowers edged in gold and gold flowers edged in red. Vase and stand in blue edged with gold. Scalloped rim of gold, outside body is decorated with stylized painting of flowers. The traditional use of a haisen is for washing sake cups. Beautiful condition with no losses in painting. Inside has a tiny flaw in the firing, but no cracks or chips.
