Traveling Cochin Lamp
Folds flat with square opening and handle. Square lid has cutout design with four small identical perforations in both sides, presumably so smoke can escape when candle is lit. Handle has ring with cord. Remnants of paper can be found when open, spike for candle in good condition and usable. A compact, well used and cared for lighting paraphernalia of long ago. A prize piece for a collector.
